click to close window Please use some common sense parking in the lots.... This truck was recently parked in the middle of the lower winter parking lot blocking access for other users. It also had no PMR parking sticker displayed. Please park with some courtesy to your fellow owners and remember that vehicles without stickers may be towed at the owner's expense. As always, vehicles or trailers parked in the road will be towed as soon as possible.

click to close window Wildfire Awareness Day Saturday, August 29th, there will be a Fire Awareness event at the winter parking lot on Arapahoe. Starting at 1:00- fire trucks, food, a helicopter landing, State and County officials and potentially life-saving information!

click to close window Zoe Our Zoe is finally home – safe and sound! Thanks to everyone who helped search for her and for everyone’s well wishes. This is truly a mountain community which we are proud to call home. It was a harrowing 6 days, but we deeply appreciate the efforts of the ranch and our neighbors and friends.
