In 2022, the HOA purchased playground equipment with donated funds.  
Subsequently, a community resident purchased additional playground equipment through crowdfunding.  
The Community Improvement Committee identified two possible locations for a proposed community gathering and playground area.  
The PMRHOA Board selected Area B or the lower parking area, by majority consensus. ​

Saturday, September 9th at 12:30 pm, we invite you to join us for the staging and assembling of our playground and picnic/community area tomorrow, at the lower winter lot on Arapaho Drive. 
The gates will be open so there will be plenty of parking by the burn pile.
What to bring: Gloves, shovels, rakes, chainsaw, trailer, etc. 
We will have some drinks but plan on bringing something to stay hydrated!

]]><![CDATA[Arapaho and Pine Loop]]>Mon, 04 Sep 2023 19:00:28 GMThttps://www.pinemeadowranch.org/blogforum/arapaho-and-pine-loop​This is a notice for upcoming road work that will begin September on Tuesday, September 5th and Wednesday the 6th of next week. 
  • The culvert under Arapaho just east of the Pine Meadow intersection will be replaced. 
  • Also, the culvert on North Porcupine at the intersection of Forest Meadow will be replaced. 
  • The contractor plans to replace one-half of the section at a time to allow for traffic flow.

When: Starting Tues., Aug 15th
Duration: Several days
What: Geotechnical Borings will start on Tollgate Canyon Road above Hillcrest where the asphalt and gravel meet. Work will travel downhill toward I-80. Borings will be drilled in the center of alternating lanes of travel. (Center of the northbound lane and then the center of the southbound lane, repeat...) Borings will be spaced about 1,000 FT apart.
Construction Traffic: If you own a lot and are building on the Mountain, please contact your builder before tomorrow morning and ask that work crews slow down around the work area. There will be heavy equipment with a drill rig, taking out 5'-0 deep cores. Geotechnical plans to have signage to direct traffic.
Everyone, please be extra mindful of the workers and the equipment on Tollgate Canyon Road for the next several days.

Fire Clean-Up Day
Our next clean-up date was scheduled for this Saturday the 5th, but it will be canceled for now while we finalize projects to prioritize.  Look for more information about our September 9th Clean up day to come soon!

Dear Owners:

The Pine Meadow Ranch Home Owners Association (PMRHOA) is proposing the implementation of a new “Rule and Regulation” that deals specifically with both short-term and long-term rentals within the boundaries of the Association. The PMRHOA board has approved the new “Rule and Regulation” and we are now seeking input from owners. 

A previous effort to disallow short-term rentals sparked controversy during attempts to modify our CC&Rs some years ago.  However, it is important to note that Utah Code prevents the HOA from prohibiting owners from establishing rentals unless explicitly stated in our CC&Rs. Nevertheless, Utah Code also grants the HOA the authority to regulate rental operations within the community and mandate that owners ensure their tenants adhere to all the "Rules and Regulations" that owners themselves are obligated to follow

We will accept comments over the next 15+ days, beginning July 15, 2023 and until 5:00 PM, Sunday, July 30, 2023.  Please review the proposed rule with this LINK.
