Fireworks Rule (Approved 4/21/2026)

The ignition, discharge, or use of fireworks of any kind is prohibited anywhere within the Pine Meadow Ranch Home Owners Association (PMRHOA) at all times, including on state-recognized holidays, due to wildfire risk, impacts to wildlife, broader community safety concerns, and the overwhelming sentiment of the community.

This rule is adopted pursuant to PMRHOA’s governing documents, including the Board’s authority to regulate fire safety, and is intended to clarify and formalize Pine Meadow Ranch’s long-standing fire-safety policy and its commitment to protecting residents, property, and local wildlife.

This rule shall become effective immediately upon adoption. It will be posted on the PMRHOA website under Fire Safety and referenced in future safety communications. Violations shall be subject to enforcement and fines in the same manner and in the same amount as existing fire-safety violations, in accordance with PMRHOA’s established enforcement policies and fine schedule.
