Ranch Projects

2011 Projects

Damaging spring runoff and extensive water company projects will be impacting our summer plans for maintenance.   Regular road maintenance will commence when things have dried out completely, but the larger list of projects will be likely be determined at the June board meeting.
Expect a limited application of Mag Chloride, and extensive work on the drainage issues in lower Tollgate Canyon with culvert replacement in the entrance area.

2010 Proposed Projects

• Magnesium chloride treatment, June 23rd.  -- Expect temporary road closures.
• Purchase road roller for Ranch maintenance and save lease costs. 
• County required weed control 
• Resurfacing of:
• Arapahoe east of Valley view 
• Aspen Ridge
• Modoc Loop 
• Lower Navaho Rd.
• Regrading and bar ditch maintenance Ranch-wide 
• Culverts at:
• Alexander Canyon  
• Asphalt patching/repair: lower Tollgate Canyon and lower Forest Meadow as possible
  
• Note that we are not budgeted for any major resurfacing of Tollgate or Forest Meadow.
• Fuel Reduction and Fire Safety Projects with Federal grant money.
