Winter Plow Map
Below is an area winter plow map. The green lines indicate where the HOA is responsible for plowing. The blue lines show what neighbors have agreed to plow as long as funds hold out. The blue lines are subject to change. The map should be used as a resource only and specific routes should be verified before planning on having winter access to your home. The HOA is not responsible if a blue route is not plowed as expected or if the route changes. Additionally, owners who live on a blue route and desire winter access to their home should pay into their local area plow fund. To find out who plows your area and how to contribute to the fund, please contact your area rep.
Because plowers on these routes are your neighbors who voluntarily use their time and equipment to keep the area plowed when they have time and are able, you are not guaranteed plowed access to your home 24/7. Be aware that emergency access can be compromised in the case of a large storm or delays in plowing.
Roads are maintained with a packed snow surface at all times to facilitate recreational use of the roads for snowmobile, skiing, snowshoeing etc. Four wheel drive, snow tires, chains etc. are required to get around on the roads.
Also, just because your lot is near the end of a plow route, do not expect that your lot can be added to the route. Your neighborhood plowers are already putting in many hours to keep their existing routes clear and may not have the time or ability to add to their route.
If you are aware of additions or redactions that should be made to the below map, please email [email protected] so that we can get the map updated.
