Winter Driving Advisory

From November 1st through May 1st, only 4-WD pickup trucks with adequate tires may be used for construction activities on the private roads of the Ranch (one-ton or less). When roads are snow covered or icy, snow tires or chains are required. Prohibited vehicles include but are not limited to box trucks, trailers of any kind, cement trucks, semis, gravel trucks, and other large delivery trucks. Flatbed trailers with snowmobiles are permitted if towed by a 4-WD pickup with chains on all four wheels. Vehicles may be asked to leave the Ranch if not properly equipped for winter conditions and fines may be assessed.

​Parking on the sides of the road is prohibited and may be subject to towing without warning and/or being booted. Escalating fines per occurrence may apply. 
 
This is a mountain community with NO SERVICES. Tow trucks may refuse to assist. Please demonstrate extra road courtesy and remember upholding road safety rules keep us all safe.
